If you prefer the social and motivational benefits of working out with other like-minded people we can devise structured workouts for groups of up to five people with each individual’s goals and needs tailored for.


At our base in Woking we have a full range of functional training equipment and the space to provide an enjoyable and effective workout. We are also available for home and office visits, on agreement that the space is suitable for an effective range of exercises.
